Truffle Education Day #1 with Chef Justin Monson of Oak & Vine
Join us for a mock truffle hunt with West Coast Truffle Dogs followed by some truffle farming education and a live cooking demo by Chef Justin Monson of Oak and Vine. We will then proceed to have a truffle and wine pairing brunch featuring fresh truffles over-nighted from our friends in Western Australia.
8am - Arrival at Orchard
8-8:30am - Introduction to team, property, and truffle dogs
8:30-9:45am - Mock Truffle Hunt / Dog training Ed
9:45-10am - Travel back to winery
