Join us for a mock truffle hunt with West Coast Truffle Dogs followed by some truffle farming education and a live cooking demo by Chef Drew Terp of Primal House. We will then proceed to have a truffle and wine pairing brunch featuring fresh truffles over-nighted from our friends in Western Australia.

8:30-9:45am - Mock Truffle Hunt / Dog training Ed

9:45-10am - Travel back to winery

10:10:30am - Truffle Farming Presentation, Q&A

10:30-11:15am - Live Cooking Demo feat. Chef Justin Monson

11:15-1pm - Truffle Brunch and Wine Pairing
